Marky's Dry Cleaners features 2 plants (1 in Denton and 1 in Sanger) and 2 pickup stores (1 in Gainesville and 1 in Whitesboro). Plants are where the dry cleaning actually takes place, and the pickup locations are simply for convenience. In the case of a pickup location, we take the items you have dropped off and bring them back to a plant location to be cleaned. For your ultimate convenience, we bring back your cleaned items to the location where you dropped them off. We offer 1-hour and "rush" services, and are currently in the process of starting a free home delivery and pickup route service.
Same day service available Mon-Sat at our Denton location. We also offer rush services for items dropped off after 9:00am. We always assume that customers are in a hurry and always listen to your requests. Cut-off times for same-day service may vary by market, so check with your local Marky's Dry Cleaners. We offer a convenient press-only service for those who prefer to clean their own items but want that professional finished look. Laundered items can be starched to your preference. Buttons are tightened or replaced at no charge.
Wow I wish I would have looked at the reviews of this place before hand. I used their "drop off location" in Gainesville called Grand Cleaners. They lost 5 pairs of my husbands FR work pants and the owner said she would return my call last Wednesday after speaking with her. I have called every day and I have been told to "be patient" and that I would receive a phone call back which has not happened. Absolutely AWFUL!
I've had problems with this place for a while. It takes about 20 min with 2/3 employees trying to find my order almost every time. Recently they lost one of my husbands dress shirts and after a lot of follow up (on my end, not theirs) they found it 4 months later. When we arrived to pick it up they charged us for the cleaning? Dry Cleaners are a dime a dozen and this place has gone all the way down the drain. Never again.
I am not one to complain. However, I would not recommend this place to anyone. They ruined my white down comforter (500$ value) & after 4 weeks of waiting on them to decide what they were going to do, they sent me a letter and told me to go back to Bed bath & beyond for a refund. My comforter had rust stains on it, and from them treating it so much the fabric weakend and also it developed stains possibly from the treatment within the 4 weeks. I am so thankful BB&B took back my comforter, & I think they just felt bad because they were baffled that the place handled this situation poorly & told me "we want to take care of our customers, next time your dry cleaner is going to have to take care of this since they had messed it up". AGREED! Wouldn't recommend this place. also the staff are so secretive and won't tell you ANYTHING. I wanted to talk to the owner to try and resolve things, he doesn't come out of his office at all, & they couldn't tell me a time he would be back in or anything. Pretty careless customer service if you ask me. I'm mostly sad that people actually handle their customers like this, wouldn't you want returning happy customers? If they had a 0 star option I'd pick it, twice. & from the reviews and overall 2 rating, (which is probably a 2 because you can't pick 0) I'm not the only one this dry cleaner has let down. I will stick to comet cleaners!
