Steve Basso Plumbing Heating and A/C is one of the best companies that you can hire to do your work. Steve the owner is a very honest business man, he gave us the choices for our Central A/C and told us what options and what tax savings and efficiency came with each choice. His staff was very professional they worked very hard and had us up and running in the time frame they told us. I would recommend you use Steve Basso for any of your service needs.

Terrible company. I had a boiler installed by them years ago and it's been nothing but problems. Every other company that services it asks who installed it, I say Basso, and they shake their heads. It was even suggested to me that Basso didn't use all new parts when they installed it, because it's hard to believe some of the parts have worn out so early. For a couple of years after install, I had them do service and maintenance.
Last straw was when a guy came out because there was a leak the plumbing between the hot water tank and the boiler (keep in mind, they did all this work just a few years prior) and they tried to charge me $200, including something like $15 for a valve I found online (in front of the tech) for $1.49, for about 15 min of work. I kindly wrote him a check for 1 hour of work (to cover travel) and never used them again (actually never even got a call about this incident). You'll also notice that all the positive reviews are friends and family members. All of the negative reviews are customers. Stay away. Stay far, far, far away! You've been warned.
