Our primary clients are building owners and facility managers looking to focus on their core business while outsourcing their custodial, cleanroom sanitization, or minor maintenance. I'm Pete Gazlay, President and owner of Total Facility Care, LLC. I've been in the commercial cleaning business for over 12 years in some of the toughest facilties in the world. In 2009 I got tired of the travel and wanted to bring the level of professionalism I saw in the corporate 500 world to the Northern Colorado market. I thought local businesses deserved the same level of service, professionalism and expertise the big companies got. We launched Total Facility Care in 2010 and have been delivering on that vision ever since.

We work in the best interest of our clients (period). We exceed their service expectations. We work with them in good and bad business cycles to create service offerings perfect for their business. It isn't rocket science, but it's not house cleaning either. We break all of our processes - even in the most complex environments into simple steps so they can consistently be performed with excellence.

Our Environmental Services team services everything from medical and dental offices to surgical centers and specialty hospitals. We provide EVS Housekeeping, medical janitorial, terminal cleans, biohazard and sharps removal, along with our other facility services. Our Total Care EVS cleaning process ensures there is no cross-contamination and that each patient, exam, procedure, or operating room is properly disinfected each time. Our housekeeping staff works in coordination with your nursing staff to ensure that each room is cleaned properly and ready for the next patient in a timely manner.

Our goal is to "own" your building. We are the eyes and ears inside your building everyday. As we clean we see the small things that should be repaired to keep your building looking and running it's best. We can take care of many of the minor ongoing maintenance issues in your building. You can call your electrician, but do you really want to pay $95.00 an hour or more for him to change light bulbs? We can change the lamps and ballast and mark the ones that need electrical expertise so you can spend your money where its needed.

We are more than a janitorial service supplier. We are your one stop vendor for all semi-skilled building services. Our Total Care approach identifies and repairs burnt out light bulbs, broken fixtures, stained ceiling tiles and other building appearance issues that are annoying to your tenants and costly to call out individual vendors or your own in-house maintenance for repair. We are the eyes and ears of the property manager. We'll provide a Total Care building appearance report on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and summarize our findings monthly and quarterly.
