We had some drapes with a lot of dirt and black cat hair on them. In addition, our hardware needed replacing so Bryce and his staff was nice enough to hold our drapes until we were able to get new a new 170 rod ordered in. Once we got the replacement rod, we had problems with some of the hanger clips which had broken. Bryce went the extra mile and a half to help us resolve those issues. At every step of the way, Bryce and his staff were friendly, cheerful and courteous. We will certainly give them our drapery business in the future, and am more than happy to give them a FIVE STAR recommendation!
