Roy McComas founded MARCO Window Cleaning Company in 1988. He is now the president of the company as we incorporated in March of 1996. The company is now known as MARCO Window Cleaning, Inc. MARCO Window Cleaning, Inc. currently provides services to approximately 65 % of the class A footage in Colorado Springs. The majority of the buildings that we provide window cleaning services for consist of rope work. This has proven to be the safest and most efficient way to complete the various jobs. Roy has completed an OSHA safety course and was a member of Search and Rescue for six years.
We specialize in commercial high rise. We use OSHA and ANSI approved equipment. We hold monthly safety meetings and we're enrolled in a cost containment program with our work-men's comp carrier.
