My only regret is not leaving this review sooner.
Terry showed up to my house on time and was helpful. I lost a sentimental piece of jewelry in my dryer and was hoping we’d find it in the vent.
He went above and beyond to help me find it. The courtesy he showed me is something I’ll never forget. Besides the immense amount of empathy he had for me, the service was amazing he showed me on the camera what my vents looked like. Then jumped on my roof and started cleaning the vent from outside and in. Even though my dryer ate my necklace I’m relieved knowing my vents are clean since I know all that lint is such a high fire risk.
I’m a forever customer!
