When we clean a furnace, whether residential or commercial, we clean the coils, drain pan, air plenum, blower motor and assembly, heat exchanger, exhaust and air filter. We are trained in both Type I (dry) and Type II (wet) coil cleaning. Our cleaning is not intended to take the place of a safety clean & check provided by an HVAC service contractor. As with any gas appliance, having a carbon monoxide detector is always recommended. The air duct system consists of the supply ducting and the return ducting.
