Bennett did an excellent job cleaning our carpets! He was very knowledgeable, provided great customer service, and completed the job in a timely manner, even with a few minor equipment issues along the way. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was always communicative and professional. Most importantly, he managed to completely remove the lingering pet urine odors left by the previous tenants - which I honestly wasnt sure was possible! Im extremely impressed with the results and would absolutely recommend Bennett to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable carpet cleaning service.
