So my initial impression was not super great. We had a very pleasant tech come out and he worked hard but the carpets didn't look much better than when I shampoo them myself, as well as a few missed stains. There was a bit of a language barrier when I tried to explain we didn't have pets though he insisted we needed urine spot treatments. I called the company who quickly offered to have him return the same day but due to my schedule accommodated a different day and time and a new technician.
The gentlemen who came out the second time were excellent. They completely remedied the issue and my stairs look better than they have in a long time. I am very pleased with the customer service and will definitely use these folks in the future.
