Services
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service restores clarity and shine to residential and commercial properties using professional-grade tools and water-fed pole technology. We clean both interior and exterior surfaces, including screens, frames, and sills, ensuring streak-free results. Our SPRAT-certified technicians handle high-rise buildings with advanced rope access techniques, combining safety and efficiency to maintain your property's appearance.
Roof Cleaning
Professional roof cleaning removes moss, algae, and debris to extend your roof's lifespan. We use low-pressure washing and eco-friendly treatments to protect shingles while preventing future growth. Our process includes gutter cleaning and downspout maintenance, ensuring proper drainage and protecting your property from water damage in Oregon's wet climate.
Gutter Cleaning
Our 5-step gutter cleaning process removes debris, flushes systems, and tests drainage to prevent clogs. We clear roofs, gutters, and downspouts, applying preventive treatments to minimize moss buildup. Regular maintenance protects against foundation damage, basement flooding, and structural issues, ensuring year-round functionality for residential and commercial properties.
Power Washing
We restore exterior surfaces using calibrated pressure washing for driveways, decks, siding, and walkways. Our technicians balance power and precision to remove mold, dirt, and stains without damaging surfaces. Commercial services include industrial sites and multi-family housing, maintaining safety and aesthetics with environmentally responsible cleaning solutions.
Christmas Light Installation
Our team provides full-service holiday lighting, including design consultation, installation, and post-season removal. We use commercial-grade materials and conceal cords for safety and aesthetics. Services include residential and commercial properties, with maintenance visits to ensure displays remain flawless throughout the season.

Every time we hire Cutting Edge we continue to be delighted with them - outstanding customer service, professional and polite employees, and an excellent and thorough job. They're not satisfied until you're satisfied. If I could, I'd give them six stars!
