We are the largest distributor of Goodman equipment in Virginia and we carry one of the largest inventories of HVAC parts and accessories in the state. We have four branch locations: Chesapeake, Richmond, Hampton, and Virginia Beach. We are an Employee Owned Company and we pride ourselves on delivering fast, efficient service, and quality products at competitive prices.
The company was founded in 1974 by Sherman Reece and Betty Koenigsberg, who built the company on long-standing relationships with HVAC contractors. In 2001, they created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), thereby selling it to the employees.
