As American Servco has grown as a janitorial services provider, we have sought to expand our scope of services. In the past decade we have added a variety of specialty cleaning services, including window washing. American Servco provides window washing services for a variety of facilities including both commercial and industrial buildings. We clean windows from ground height up to buildings of twenty stories or more, and we perform these services for buildings ranging in size from only a few thousand feet to more than two million square feet.
ASI is responsible for cleaning numerous office buildings and office spaces. Every day of the year ASI workers strive to make sure that board rooms, offices, meeting areas, kitchens, break rooms, bathrooms, elevators, etc. are clean and ready for another a day of the work grind. We provide day porters, day crews, night crews, and everything in between at a number of Atlanta's (and other cities) finest facilities. Our regular realm of responsibility includes such janitorial basics as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and emptying trash receptacles.
American Servco provides pressure washing services for a diverse clientele in a number of different applications. We regularly pressure wash in the many stadiums and athletic facilities we clean, but we also use this technique in cleaning spaces as diverse as parking structures to locker rooms. In each application, ASI has studied and developed the proper technique to ensure that we achieve our goals of cleaning while simultaneously observing safety measures in protecting both the surface we are cleaning and nearby bystanders.
