My company was started in the fall of 1997 providing window cleaning services in the Albuquerque area. I first learned the trade of window washing in the late 1970's working for a large window cleaning company in Denver Colorado that provided high rise window washing. I joined Kirtland AFB Fire Department October 1982 and retired from Kirtland on October 1, 2004. Richard was a member of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA). The International Window Cleaning Association is a non-profit trade 501(c)(6) association committed to raising the standards of professionalism and safety within the window cleaning industry.

Always place drop cloths beneath every window to make sure that I never drip water on your floor and/or furnishings and place a detailing cloth on every window sill to collect any water. When I arrive to your home, I begin the process of cleaning the interior windows, wipe down all of the window tracks and sills.
