Excellent service. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His name was Austin. We had tried other plumbers without success and Austin found the problem right away........roots in the line. Very efficient service. Will definitely use again.

This is the first review I have ever written and it is very deserving of it. I had a water pipe come loose and pop off in my garage over the weekend on a Sunday. I called a 24/7 service All Masters Plumbing and they wanted to charge me $699.00 on top of the $89 (which they kept and I get it, visit fee or what have you) I had already paid just for them to look at the pipe and give me the run around of how expensive it would be, all with a snarky, smart alec attitude.
I called Ernies the next day at 7am Monday morning right when they opened and they had someone out that very same day. The front desk folks were very kind and called me twice to inform me of a small delay. Robert was super thorough and very professional, he explained what he was doing and quoted me for a fraction of the cost of the previous plumbers! Robert was in and out, no fuss no muss in less than 20 minutes! I will be calling and asking for Robert at Ernies from here on out with any and all of my plumbing needs, hands down!

I would recommend Ernies to anyone who is in need of a plumber! They were able to get me in the same day and arrived at my house an hour after I called. They found a broken pipe in my wall and fixed it immediately. Very good quality and cleaned up after themselves. Craig was very professional and honest and even educated me on how to lookout for any issues in the future. This was a great experience from making the appointment all the way to the completion of the job along with a follow up call!

Called Ernie's after having gotten a couple of other quotes, and they were by far the best value! Robert came out was on time extremely professional and informative. He helped walk me thru the entire process as a new home owner. He was able to my slab leak and continually provided great service. Any future plumbing projects/issues I may have, I am absolutely reaching back out to Ernies and requesting Robert specifically!

We had a leaky outside faucet that was also very loose. We had two other companies give us VERY expensive quotes to repair it, that also included breaking into the side of the house. And each one said, "yeah, we'll have to totally tear up your house, but it's up to you to get someone to repair that"!
Ernie's was our last estimate. Thomas gave us a reasonable price, said no way did he need to break into the side of the house - only needing to drill a bit of brick out, and that he would make it look good with some mortar.
He was personable, seemed very experienced, and got the job done beautifully! It's been about a month now and there are no signs of any leaks or poor workmanship. We won't hesitate to use Ernie's again!
