Zion Johnson (Nick) was great! (yes 3 exclamations) He was super cool and professional. My water was off because of a shower that did not want to turn off. I had fixed this before but this time something major broke and now a cheap repair was going to cost "major millions". See the cartridge that is "so easy to repair" well its not when its completely broken inside and you don't know. So you go to remove it like always and the dang thing is only 1/2 out.

Yeah BIG PROBLEM. Well not for this team! Nick had it out and saved me major millions! :) He was pretty excited too because no one want to tell someone instead of a 3 digit number you are paying a 4 digit number. Never fun. But he fixed it and was super stoked about it. He is also a pet lover and loves his Puppies! But got pretty happy when I brought my "low rider" kitten out T.
