DO Summers Cleaners

DO Summers Cleaners has been a trusted name in the dry cleaning industry for over 140 years, established in 1881 by Donald Oliver Summers and managed by the Goldberg family since 1939. Our legacy of excellence began with a focus on dry cleaning, rug and drapery cleaning, and shirt laundry, evolving over decades to prioritize on-site dry cleaning and shirt laundry services. We pioneered self-contained package plants in the 1950s, ensuring all processes occur in-house, and eliminated routes to focus on convenience-driven storefronts. Our commitment to innovation includes adopting the GreenEarth Cleaning system, a non-toxic alternative to traditional dry cleaning chemicals, reflecting our dedication to environmental stewardship.

With 12 locations across Northeast Ohio, we offer 24-hour drop-off, same-day service, free pickup and delivery, and drive-thru convenience. Our teams expertise, many with decades of tenure, ensures consistent quality and personalized service. We guarantee satisfaction through policies like same-day cleaning (in by 10 AM, ready by 5 PM) or free service. Our history of adapting to industry trends while maintaining core values of quality and customer care positions us as a leader in the dry cleaning sector.
