American Cleaning Co., Inc. formed in 1910. We incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on April 23rd, 1936 as a window washing company, and established our headquarters at 48 Brookline Street in Cambridge, MA. In 1970, a new management team took over and oversaw the growth and reorganization of American Cleaning. Initially, American Cleaning serviced individual corporations, then began working with building management companies. In 1995, American Cleaning found new offices in Moulton Street, Cambridge where we remained for a few years.
Our robust green cleaning program is a manifestation of our commitment to the principles of sustainability, conservation of natural resources, protection of the vulnerable populations, and protection of the wellbeing of our employees as well as that of your tenants. We follow the guidelines of GS-42 standard and those of the US Green Building Council promulgated in LEED_EB:OM.
