We completely transformed this space from a nondescript 70s apartment to a traditional gem! We opened the kitchen/living room wall to add more storage while integrating the space with glass doors on the upper cabinets. Complete rewiring, and converted the bath tub to shower in a tiny bathroom with added storage and custom cabinetry. We dropped the ceiling between the foyer and kitchen for the lighting plan, all new doors, door hardware, closets added/reconfigures, new moldings, built ins and refinished floors adding new parquet to the closets.
