Services
House Cleaning
Our house cleaning service thoroughly sanitizes every room in your home using eco-friendly products that are safe for families and pets. We handle dusting, vacuuming, deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and removing hard water stains from glass surfaces. With flexible scheduling options for one-time or recurring visits, our trained professionals ensure your home maintains the 'Day-You-Bought-It Clean' standard. Our attention to detail extends to baseboards, light fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas that other services often miss.
Gutter Cleaning
Professional gutter cleaning removes debris buildup to prevent water damage to your property's foundation and roof. Our team clears leaves, twigs, and sediment from gutters and downspouts while checking for proper drainage function. We use specialized equipment to safely access hard-to-reach areas and apply preventive treatments to reduce future clogging. Regular maintenance extends the life of your gutter system and protects against costly structural repairs during Washington's rainy season.
Carpet Shampooing
Advanced carpet shampooing removes deep-seated dirt, allergens, and stains from residential and commercial carpets. Our truck-mounted extraction system combines high heat with eco-friendly cleaning solutions to restore carpet fibers to like-new condition. We treat high-traffic areas and pet stains while protecting carpet warranties through proper technique. The process includes moving furniture, pre-treatment, deep cleaning, and 24-hour drying assistance to minimize disruption.
Window Cleaning
Interior and exterior window cleaning removes mineral deposits, dirt buildup, and water spots for crystal-clear visibility. Our technicians use squeegee systems and purified water solutions to clean windows of all sizes without leaving streaks or residue. We clean window frames, sills, and tracks while protecting surrounding surfaces. Commercial clients benefit from scheduled maintenance plans that maintain professional curb appeal for storefronts and office buildings.
Snow Removal
Reliable snow removal services keep driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots accessible during winter months. Our team uses commercial-grade equipment to clear snowfall promptly and apply de-icing solutions to prevent ice formation. We offer 24/7 emergency response for unexpected snow events and customize service plans based on property size and usage needs. Regular snow removal prevents slip hazards and maintains safe access for residents and business customers.

Report
Julia and her team were amazing! They cleaned both our move out & prepared a family member's house to be rented. They cleaned things I would never think of cleaning. The houses were sparkling when they were done. They also accommodated my schedule and last minute changes. I will definitely use All City Cleaning again. Thank you, Julia.
