They gave me a small window of their arrival time, then called to firm it up 20 minutes ahead, and arrived as promised. Joe helped us out today. He was nice to our daughter, wore booties, and was quick about his work. He immediately emailed me an invoice (no charge for his visit!) before he left. I recommend this company.
