Beach Dwellings Design

When you choose Beach Dwellings, you get something no one else offers - Maria Toczylowski. Maria, the owner, along with her team, work personally with every client, helping to make your dream home an entire reality. We're available to meet with architects and builders, and to accept delivery of goods and furniture for you. We can even hold your items in our warehouse, so you don't have to worry about where to put everything during construction. You are welcome to stop in our design studio to say hello & see our process first hand.

Maria turned her passion into her full time career in 2004, after attending interior design classes at Moore College of Art and Sheffield School of Design. She opened Beach Dwellings Design in August of 2005, and has made her dream of living at the beach and working with clients in this seaside environment come true. She loves to pull the natural elements of the coastal surroundings inside, working to incorporate the colors of the water, sand and ever-changing sky into her designs. Maria also attends a variety of seminars and design trade shows throughout the year to maintain her affinity for the continual evolvement of trends within the industry.
