We had a bad experience with About Kitchens who we used for a kitchen remodel. The design they created was flawed which resulted in extra work for our contractor (extra money from us), and we did not end up with the design/product we signed off on. We spent money on materials that ended up not being able to be used due to their design flaw and after initially issuing a partial refund to us, they stopped payment on the check when they realized the materials were no longer available (many months later). Very unprofessional in how this was handled and so disappointed in the end product.
