Michael Dilworth's passion for crafting custom commercial and residential buildings is evident not only in the impressive physical structures themselves, but among the hundreds of happy customers that call his buildings home. Growing up around Mountain Brook, Alabama's stunning Southern architecture served as an inspiration for Dilworth, though he never realized then that building would one day become a career. Dilworth followed his high school sweetheart and now wife of 16 years, Brooke, to attend Auburn University in 1998.

In a design/build project delivery, we provide a turn-key service from concept to completion. We become the owner's single source to coordinate directly with the architect, engineers, and other members of the design team to provide plans, specifications, and full project design. We also provide budgetary pricing throughout all phases of design and work towards a final project estimate. At that point, we take on the role of general contractor to complete the construction phase of the project. In a construction management role, we work through the traditional or negotiated bid process to provide a project estimate.
