These clients came to us with this special project after exploring many options & ideas with other builders: from remodeling to additions, to doing a tear-down and re-build. It is special because it was a family home that they wanted to breath new life into. We fortunately were able to walk them through the design and budgeting process to find the sweet spot: a beautiful addition & remodel that was within their price range. This project was a difficult design challenge to solve: how to take the existing family home, filled with childhood memories, and make it into something great - into a place that fits both the style and everyday needs of the clients.
