48 hours and the wait continues. I've received a phone call that the plumber will be here in an hour. Very frustrated. On Saturday I woke up to water all over my kitchen floor and soaked carpeting. We called this company to ask them to come stop the leak and we turned off water to the house. They sent out a plumber within 3 hours, which we thought was prompt, but he wasn't authorized to do anything.

We had removed cabinet drawers and the dishwasher to show him, so he didn't really have to find it. After wandering around our house both upstairs and downstairs for about 2 hours, he said he wasn't authorized to do anything, so we have now had our water off for 48 hours, and I'm waiting for the plumber to come. Let's see how long this takes. 48 hours and counting. Why did they send the plumber if he wasn't authorized to do anything?
