If you need a contractor-you’ve found him! Seriously, stop looking, forget the comparison calls-this is the company you want! Infinity Construction came across our radar during an exhaustive search for a team to remodel our old, sad and not so functional master bath. From the outset, Infinity Construction and Kennon seemed too good to be true. We ultimately ended up with our new bathroom, a brand-new kitchen, along with other small adds around the home that made big improvements. Kennon and his team are the epitome of integrity, quality, commitment and professionalism. Personally, and professionally, we could not have asked for a better experience. From the first phone call, we knew we were meant to work together. The entire process-from planning to shopping (yes, he shops with you to help and make sure it all works!) to execution and clean-up, from our perspective, was seamless. We understand that it takes hard, constant work to make that happen. Kennon and Infinity did it all. We NEVER had to worry about anything. A three-month remodel (from demo) seemed effortless. No stress, worry-free-because Kennon handled it all with ease and grace. Every single day, his team showed up ON TIME. Communication was constant.
Our home and our family were all treated with the utmost respect and care. Our home was cleaned every night and thoroughly before weekends-no small task with construction dirt! A strict schedule was created and honored. Minor updates were made known and never affected the work or the final completion projected date. The quality is unsurpassable and the outcome was more functional, beautiful and simply artistic than we could have dreamed. We will actually miss having Kennon and his team in our home. They feel like family. That’s a special company that can complete such massive work and make us feel like it was the easiest thing in the world. I found Infinity Construction by researching contractors in the Knoxville are using Google as many friends/relatives had a negative experience with their contractor and would not provide a recommendation. The owner, Kennon, was very prompt to respond, come to my house and view the scope of the project and discuss his estimate process. This was a new process for me as you pay for the estimate but you end up with a detailed plan and timeline so you can make a decision on how to proceed. Once we agreed to proceed work started very quickly. The workers were all on time, very professional and took care with our home while doing their work. Kennon would stop by every work day to verify what was to be done and check on progress and generally would come back at the end of the day to make sure things were clean. The work turned out fantastic, under budget and on time. I would highly recommend Infinity Construction for your remodeling project.

We purchased our "retirement home" almost 10 years ago in anticipation of moving here in 2019. Before we moved, we rented the home to cover mortgage payment, and we knew that a 50 year old home would need some major renovations. We were over 1000 miles away, so selecting a dependable construction company was vital. We had to have someone we could trust to do the right thing. As we all see on HGTV showe, our 4 bedroom, 4 bath home carried secrets from previous updates. We met with Kennon for an initial walk thru and knew we had found the company for us. As the reno moved forward, we were kept in constant contact via weekly or even daily email, text, pictures and phone calls. Each "secret" was addressed within hours and construction moved forward on time and on budget. Small changes were no problem for Infinity, and we ended up with our dream retirement home. And it was all done remotely, with only a minimum of face to face visits. The home has exceeded our vision, but not Kennon's.
