I just had my 3 bedrooms re-floored by Jay's and they did a fantastic job! Tony and Richie, were very meticulous in moving my furniture (and putting them back in), removing carpeting, laying concrete, thinset, the tiles ---- gosh, spotless! I just pulled this company from Around Martin magazine, and I am just so grateful that everything worked out well. They explained each and every step as they moved along the work and even adjusted to my very busy schedule. Definitely highly recommended and they made a loyal customer out of me and my family.
I should have done more research before making a purchase here at Jay's Flooring. Bought 2 much product that they WON'T return. Am in the process of new cabinets and countertops, but won't spend another nickel in this place, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Jennifer was flat rude, horrible customer service.
Horrible experience! I don't recommend this place to anyone. Jay is rude and does not care about customers or his own employees! It's disgusting. We had tile floor, quartz kitchen counter tops and tile back splash done thru them and they did a horrible job. I had to call them several times and even after that grout is missing in several places in the floor tile, drywall job looks horrible and we still have to hire someone to fix it. Jay told us we didn't pay for all the back splash and after I showed him the takeoff that was done and did my own takeoff it proved that he lied! They didn't bring all the back splash we paid for to the house. Overall very bad experience and that business should be closed. Customers deserve better!
