I was very pleased with my experience at A1. Jared was patient and helpful. The people who came out to measure were very careful, and did a template of an unusual angle that needed to be cut on a large section. It fit perfectly. Their prices ranged from 25% to nearly 50% lower than the other 4 companies that I took bids from, on the exact same granite slab. I did get my own stainless sink, and took it and the template to the store. The stonecutter went over just how the piece would be cut before it was cut. Installation went smoothly. I would definitely return for another project.

We ordered cabinets from here and had so many issues. First of all, when it came to delivery, they didn't have a guy or a truck on site to deliver it on the date we had chosen. So we had to pick it up ourselves in 3 different loads. When we got it home, we were missing all of our shelf inserts, and we had multiple cabinets/doors that were the wrong size or completely missing. We have now had our cabinets for a month and we are still missing the shelves and have to call often to coordinate us getting those, we have yet to get them.

I will say that we had the help of Jared, who was always kind, apologetic, and helpful. He even offered to help with the delivery in his own personal truck. We really appreciated him, but the overall experience was poor and frustrating. Our whole kitchen remodel has been delayed multiple times due to problems with A1 kitchen and bath.
