The customer service we received from Joanne the moment we walked in the door was amazing! It did not matter what price point we looked at she was there to help answer questions. My husband and I are very satisfied with the Couch & Love Seat we purchased, at the PV location in AZ. We also, special ordered an ottoman cushion where I made several calls to get what I needed. Anita was so patient in making sure that I was completely satisfied.
In the end you would think that the ottoman & cushion came as part of the set we bought, it was so perfect. I do have to include the delivery guys (Rex & Cody)in this feedback for they were nothing but accommodating in making sure that my furniture was unpacked and placed exactly where I wanted it. Thank you to all at Today's Patio for making our purchase a fun and pleasant experience!

My wife and I had been searching for months for a complete outdoor set for our back yard. We spent countless hours looking at all the online sources for high quality outdoor furniture. We shopped all our local outdoor furniture dealers. My wife stumbled on Today's Patio and found a set she was interested in. She immediately started online chatting with Derek about the set. The next day I contacted the store and started my direct dialogue and experience with Derek. Derek was/is a true professional.
We were very concerned about making such a big purchase without actually seeing the product. Derek responded to dozens of questions, provided extensive information and a level of customer service I haven't seen in a very long time. No questions was too big or too small. All the answers were given promptly with complete honesty and integrity. Everything he said and did was absolutely accurate and true.
Every step of the process was executed flawlessly. His service instilled complete confidence in us for the Today's Patio brand and the products they sell. This was a rare experience where service and product actually exceeded expectations!
