The customer service we received from Joanne the moment we walked in the door was amazing! It did not matter what price point we looked at she was there to help answer questions. My husband and I are very satisfied with the Couch & Love Seat we purchased, at the PV location in AZ. We also, special ordered an ottoman cushion where I made several calls to get what I needed. Anita was so patient in making sure that I was completely satisfied. In the end you would think that the ottoman & cushion came as part of the set we bought, it was so perfect. I do have to include the delivery guys (Rex & Cody)in this feedback for they were nothing but accommodating in making sure that my furniture was unpacked and placed exactly where I wanted it. My wife and I had been searching for months for a complete outdoor set for our back yard. We spent countless hours looking at all the online sources for high quality outdoor furniture.
