I had to call a plumber for a leaking toilet due to a backed up sewer line over the weekend. Luis T came out and identified the problem. Turns out not only was the main line clogged but it was also broken and separating from the city line. Luis T. went above and beyond with his service and professionalism. He is a very knowledgeable and personable guy. I will definitely request him next time I have a plumbing issue and will recommend Red Cap to everyone I know!

We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from John Hutchins at Red Cap Plumbing. Our tankless water heater had been making loud noises when it first started up, but only in the mornings and only when it was cold outside. John identified that failure of the seal around the heating coils was allowing condensation form on the coils, which the heater was then trying to burn off. He talked us through our options regarding repairing the tankless water heater versus replacing it, given it's age and the likelihood of future necessary repairs, and our options for replacement models. We decided on a replacement, and the very next day John was able to obtain a heater and fit it for us. Now we have plenty of hot water and no loud noises!

My plumbing backed up today in one bath tub and also smelled real bad. I called Red Cap Plumbing as I had used them several years ago for a broken outside pipe. I was so happy with them then so didn't even bother calling anyone else today. Within 2 hours, John Guzman arrived. He showed me exactly what the problem was and gave me several options to fix. Within an hour he had the problem taken care of (thank heavens the smell went away).

If I ever have any plumbing problems again, I will be calling Red Cap and also asking that John Guzman be the technician that comes out. Not only did he fix the problem, but gave me some real good advice also. John was very pleasant and knows his stuff. Thank heavens for people like John so we have someone to call, recommend to others who need reliable & trustworthy service and have total faith in him.
