Since 2008, Chad has been a Licensed and insured general contractor, and business owner. Pulling from his years of experience in construction, he decided to start Remodel Kansas City to fill a need in the market place. Starting out in roofing at the age of 12 Chad learned the trade from his older brother. From there he worked in all the different trades gaining knowledge with each job and working up to where he is today. As a contractor, real estate investor and entrepreneur, Chad has built a great reputation in the community and takes pride in his customers satisfaction.

Since 2011 our commercial focus has been on national hotel renovation and multi family. We have renovated entire hotels and apartment complexes to flag standards in cities across the country. We have worked closely with Architects, Engineers and Designers to produce an end product that exceeds expectations.
