Hank and his team did such a great job with our kitchen remodel. We gutted the whole kitchen, new floors put in throughout the downstairs, new cabinets, etc. I was really pleased with the quality of work, professional crew, advice that was given, and all the hard work they put in! I was over the moon with the way it all came out!
HT Floors and Remodel did a full kitchen remodel in my home and I would highly recommend them. Hank (the owner) is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made sure the project ran smoothly and on time. Each one of his crew was professional and meticulous in their work, making sure I was happy with each step of the project and cleaning up at the end of each day. Everyone did exactly what they promised (and then some) and worked to make this remodel as stress-free as possible. Communications were amazing, with texts to let me know when crews would arrive and to answer any questions I had promptly. The new kitchen is fabulous - exactly what I wanted and done to perfection. We have already started the process with HT Floors and Remodel to do a full remodel of one of our bathrooms. Their price was reasonable and the work was done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend HT Floors and Remodel.
Here we are, day 17 of hardwood floor installation. No one has shown up all week. Our furniture continues to sit outside (with a basic tarp) in the rain, and we continue to have to call to get work done. The first week they missed a day because their truck "had issues." Ok I understand that. Second week on a Monday they didn't show up because they were "all hung over from a wedding." I'll even give them that. This week they have not been here for 4 days. At first we were told the wood had to settle for three days (although it's been installed and SETTLING for almost two weeks). The main salesperson is condescending and oh so rude. So not necessary. He promised if we signed the day he made his pitch, he'd also install some tile in the bathroom. didn't happen. He knew we were going to paint, replace windows, and remodel, but there's no way we want anything more to do with this company. Today he says the floor guys will be back in four days. That will be day 21. UNBELIEVABLE!
