I would not recommend them. Although their cabinets are beautiful and their installers are great, if they make a mistake (our sink, that they had in their possession while building our cabinets, didn't fit), they are NOT accommodating. The owner, Dean, was difficult to work with and rude. He essentially made their mistake our problem and was not willing to give us any composition for the time, money and headaches their mistake cost us. Our farmhouse sink still does not fit properly. When I told him I was still disappointed with the fit of the sink, he thanked me for my business. You can imagine how disappointed we are after spending $11,000 on our cabinets.
I would not recommend. We had a terrible experience with this company. They were highly intrusive sending their workers in and out of our home to fix their mistakes on 5 separate occasions. We were exceptionally patient throughout the process. Dean (owner) called and was not attentive to our concerns. After they tried to resolve the concern, he asked my wife if she was happy, and she replied no. His response was a voice mail stating, "just trying to check you off my list." Product was good, but not to the standard you would expect when spending almost $11,000. Terrible customer service! The cherry on top is a letter claiming to put a lien on my property as we wait for a completed invoice. Irony or a lesson in patience?!?!
