Our progressive sanding utilizes an ultra fine grit paper, both with and against the wood grain. This process is completed on a vacuum table, allowing for a perfect, satiny wood surface that is free of all dust particles. A jet blower removes the majority of the loose dust particles from the surface of the wood. The wood is hand-wiped a final time using a "tacky" hand towel to remove all traces of dust particles prior to the varnishing stage.
