Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00a to 5:00p. Our answering service is available after hours and will assist our clients with any business needs.
Along with being a fully staffed plumbing & HVAC shop, Krier & Blain, Inc. also has an experienced service department. K&B technicians can provide preventative maintenance and troubleshoot, repair, and replace all commercial HVAC equipment. Krier & Blain employs a workforce of over 60 journeymen and apprentice plumbers. We are well versed in plumbing systems from standard retail to commercial process piping. We employ certified welders, medical gas installers, and boiler service technicians. Krier & Blain has the manpower, expertise, and experience to tackle any size commercial plumbing & hydronic project in the 4-state region of South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.
The new Gage Brothers Plant in Sioux Falls was a major project spanning 229,000 square feet of interior fabrication space. The major challenges for this project, aside from the overall size, was running industrial high pressure large diameter natural gas lines to feed all of the heaters in the plant. Coupled with tight deadlines Krier & Blain was able to overcome onsite challenges and provide the owner with an exceptional finished product. Krier & Blain has built many long lasting relationships with industrial partners in the area and CCL Label is no exception.
