I was always apprehensive about hiring a contractor but I must say, with Costa Bella, every penny was worth it! Jeff visited us for a sunroom project, he said he could do it but he recommended instead another company that specializes in sunrooms and would be much cheaper. A few months later, when we decided to remodel our master bathroom, we called Jeff because he had earned our trust. Everyone delivered stellar service and top quality work and on time!
Justin, the foreman is as precise as a Swiss clock. He kept me informed about everything without me worrying about anything. If I texted him a question, he would respond immediately.
Vit is a genius, he can walk around and juggle the numbers in his sleep, he made some awesome recommendations when we were not sure, he is incredibly knowledgeable.
Jose is strong enough to demolish your bathroom, but he can build a beautiful new one and always with a smile.
Chris is quiet but he is obsessed with precision and let me tell you, that is ok with me.
Raoul is the Da Vinci of the group, he does the electrical, the plumbing and can tackle anything, his talent is impressive.
All the subcontractors were polite, on time, respectful and efficient, this is why you pay Costa Bella to do the work, they provide top notch workers and they deliver!
I can't believe what I am about to say: They were all like family and they will be missed!

We had an exceptional experience working with Costa Bella Builders on our new home in Pleasure Point, Santa Cruz. From start to finish, the entire team was reliable, on time, and within budget--something truly rare in construction.
The management team, Jeff, Vitt and Justin, were fantastic partners throughout the process. Their architect, Valerie took all of our ideas and turned them into a design that exceeded our expectations, creating the dream home we hoped for. They guided us through key decisions, from fixtures to finishes, and connected us with excellent local suppliers like Mission Tiles in Soquel. They utilized Oxford Cabinets, who created an amazing custom kitchen and dry bar for us that perfectly complements our open-plan dining, kitchen, and living area. Their craftsmanship truly elevated the space.
We couldn't be happier with the final result and highly recommend this team to anyone considering a custom home.

Costa Bella did a full remodel for us: all floors, windows, kitchen and bathroom. New fireplace, doors, lighting and electrical. We are very pleased with their work. They were consistently on time and on budget completing the whole project in 4 months. I highly recommend them. Jeff, Vittorio, Kate and crew. Very professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and considerate.

We've heard lots of horror stories about remodels. And I'm very happy to say that our experience with Costa Bella was the exact opposite. Our remodel was finished on time and on budget. And Vitt's entire team is customer service focused, so they made sure that all of the details were right.
We just moved back in (after a six month take-it-down-to-the-studs remodel). The whole house looks great. Just like we had hoped and expected.
We had met with several firms before selecting Costa Bella. And we're so happy that we made the right choice. Kudos to Vitt and his entire team.
