When we decided to redo our master bathroom we were only interested in Robern medicine cabinets. We researched Robern and found that Douglah Designs in Lafayette had the specific cabinets on display that we were interested in. We drove by to take a look and met Laura Arkell. Laura was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Besides ordering the Robern cabinets, we ordered towel bars, a grab bar, and assorted other accessories that would coordinate and complement our sink hardware. After getting home, we realized that we had to make some changes in the order and Laura took care of that without a problem. When the Robern cabinets were delivered to our home and the contractor opened the boxes, we discovered that one of the mirrored doors had a crack in it. We called Laura, who handled the issue immediately. even returning our phone calls, while on break from a business meeting. She didn't give us a hard time and immediately called Robern, who shipped us a replacement door at no cost. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the products we purchased and the efficient and excellent customer service we received from Laura Arkell and Douglah Designs.
We "really" love Leila and her Crew! Douglah Designs customer service is one of their most important assets. Not only do we still love our Master bathroom remodel (after almost 4 years), their continued support when needed, is clearly outstanding.
