My husband came home for a visit from being overseas 4 months and complained about the water pressure in the master shower and in the kitchen sink plus a clogged sink in the master. I called cross country home services I had just got through TXU and they sent out Wilbourn and McCabe plumbing Co tech Brad. He fixed the clog in the master bath sink, answered my questions, and gave me advice on what to do if it got clogged again as another hair clog was highly possible. He also fixed the water pressure in the shower and sink by cleaning the shower head and sink head while also giving advice on if either happened again. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that and him! He gave me a detailed receipt. When I took my 1st shower afterwards, it was like I was actually getting a massage. Then, I realized, yes the water pressure was extremely low to begin with. Thanks again! Glad I could leave a review from 10/27/17.

One of our team members snapped this picture while on a service call during the deep freeze. This external water heater froze up and busted during the storm, leaving quite a mess!
Here's another picture from a service call we had last week during the deep freeze! A busted pipe in an attic led to standing water and insulation floating around on the sub floor.
This customer had the right idea, unfortunately a small leak had other plans. Once the deep freeze was underway, the hose bib froze up and busted causing more water to seep into the insulating cover. The end result was a hose bib popsicle!
