Home Remodeling
Ashbury Construction specializes in comprehensive home remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces. Our team combines functional design with aesthetic appeal, using modern materials and techniques to enhance property value. With in-house design capabilities and 30+ years of local experience, we deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while maintaining structural integrity.
Custom Cabinetry
Our custom cabinetry services feature handcrafted designs using solid wood and European hardware. Located in San Francisco, we utilize CNC machining for precision and offer 3D renderings to visualize projects. With over 750 completed projects, our artisans create durable, stylish storage solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, and entertainment centers.
Foundation Repair
Specializing in seismic upgrades and foundation repairs, we employ shotcrete techniques for stronger, cost-effective solutions. Our team handles mandatory soft-story retrofits and garage upgrades, providing full-project pricing that includes mechanical and electrical components. This holistic approach ensures compliance with San Francisco's building codes and safety standards.
French Drain Installation
We design and install French drainage systems to prevent water damage in San Francisco's challenging terrain. Our process includes site assessment, custom system design, and professional installation with gravel and perforated pipes. Silt trap integration extends system longevity, protecting properties from erosion and basement flooding.
Basement Waterproofing
Our waterproofing solutions address foundation seepage and moisture issues through interior drainage systems and exterior sealing. Using commercial-grade materials, we create barriers against water intrusion while ensuring proper grading and runoff management. These systems protect structural integrity and prevent mold growth in San Francisco's climate.
