We needed additional heating and cooling units and obtained 3 bids. We met with John Niemann, Coleman Creek's estimator, and he presented a detailed and thorough estimate of the scope of the job, equipment required, etc. Everything reflected what we had discussed and John clearly gave a lot of thought to the solutions that were needed. We accepted the bid, set a date to start and John and two other workers showed up on time that day. Throughout the entire process, the workers were quiet, respectful and always cleaned up at the end of the day.

Coleman Creek needs a new IT person/ company. This person/company must be established in the community for some number of years, (not doing IT "on the side"), available for initial consult and on going needs.
