On possibly one of the coldest stretches in long long time, I had pipes freeze and burst in my rental property. Of course, every plumber in town was backed up with similar calls, but the Gander crew put me on standby and lucky for my tenants, they were able to get out the very next day and fix the problem and at a reasonable cost.
