This was a big shop project in the Clackamas hills that we finished just as the pandemic struck. Full upper level via attic trusses with a covered RV parking spot. There was a septic drain field in the area of the structure so finding the best location, while maintaining proper set backs and entry consideration, was crucial.
We love old homes, but they come with their share of problems! When we arrived, this 1920 old Portland Craftsman had settled drastically causing the roof on this corner of the house to sag, and the walls to seperate from the plate built on bricks and dirt.
This deck was in dangerously bad shape, and the house was in desperate need of new paint. (All of the existing lumber was undersized, with minimal posts and no footings)
