Our Construction Manager was an absolute pleasure to work with and always addressed any concerns in a timely and professional manner. The Director of Design and staff were fantastic to work with, especially since 99% of our selections were made over Skype due to us being abroad the majority of the time our home was constructed. We really are impressed with the quality and aesthetics of our home. Renaissance lives up to their reputation. Your Construction Manager was the best! He has excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge, and expertise.
Our President, Randy Sebastian, has deep roots in the Portland area and is passionate about our great city. He grew up in Oregon City and attended Portland State University. He began building homes in SE Portland in 1984 at the age of twenty. The following year, he founded Renaissance Homes. Since then, he has continually refined and improved the home building process. His work continues to reflect his enthusiasm and excitement, thus creating one of the most acclaimed local home builders in the Portland area.
