We suggest that you first review the Limited Warranty Bookletbefore you request service. This will help you to determine if your request is covered by the Groza Builders Limited Warranty or is considered to be your responsibility. We suggest you live in your home for at least 30 days before sending in a service request. Please work to coordinate appointments with our service department or with the appropriate subcontractor. They will attempt to schedule the repairs at your convenience during normal working hours and days.
