Regency Construction, LLC is owned by Franco DiDemetrio. A family run business - it was founded over 25 years ago. Prior to establishing our business in Fairfield County, Franco worked on high-end home development and corporate fit-up projects in other states, honing his vision of a first-quality, start-to-finish building process. With over 250 significant design, build and renovation projects in our company portfolio, Regency can boast a proven track record of a process that: (i) reduces total cost projections upfront, and (ii) virtually eliminates the project delays and surprises that impact the bottom line during the build.
