We called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The older gentleman who came to our home questioned us on what type of jobs we had and then looked at the bathroom. We have a large breed dog who had managed to lock himself in the room and then did some damage trying to get out. We had recently replaced the toilet and bath tub (unrelated) but we wanted new flooring, ceramic tile, a new sink and vanity and needed dry wall work. We never got around to discussing this however because he took one look and told us to go to Menards and get a list of handy men. "My guys are artists." he said. You should just go hire a handy man. Apparently they only do high end custom bathroom design and remodeling. Then he insisted on trying to play with my dog. When my dog wouldn't go near him he asked my wife what we had done to him to make him so skiddish. We were going to ask them to give us an estimate on the master bath as well as we would like to have it updated. I guess we just didn't look like we could afford their "artistic talent". I wouldnt't know since he flatly refused to actually give us an estimate.
