We hired Jim and his team to tear down a solarium in our home that was hot in the summer and cold in the winter and leaked in places. We had bought our house just last year and found the room for any use we wanted, as not really usable. We wanted it to be a useful part of the house.
He went over what the procedure would be. I designed the room to what I wanted it to be and he had it drawn up and we began there. He suggested some things that I didn't really think of so that was good. If we had a question, we could call or text him and he would answer us quickly. Imagine that in this day and age as they say. He has a great office person who answers the phone, not a dial one for this and two for that. He made himself available directly through his cell or text and was on top of things. He kept us aware of each step along the way. And the most important thing, besides all that was the room ended up beautifully done. And the price was reasonable. He stayed close to the original quote. All and all, I was happy that we picked him to construct our new room.
