After a horror show with leaks in the basement - Josh returned my call same day and booked an appointment to come check it out. Our entire tank was shot and he had a new one replaced in no time. Fast forward to some problems - our hot water was now not working. Josh took the time to diagnose every possible cause - including switching new parts out for other new parts simply to troubleshoot. He narrowed it down to a piping issue within the house - and literally tracked down a broken valve.
