Absolute is the absolute worst! They leave pipes unattached leaves your home with pipes not connected and will not come back. Had an appointment Tuesday at 2. Called at 2:30 to ask where they are After many calls to dispatcher and many hours going by at 7:45 pm was told I should reschedule which I did for today at 2pm. Same exact thing happening today. Dispatcher is telling me they will "try" and get someone here.
Most likely no one will show up and I will have to pay a plumber to come out and fix the problem after paying roughly $10,000 for this new HVAC! Do NOT use them! They are a total joke and will not do the job right. You will get nothing but a run around and poor service. The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! #StillWaiting

The A-ABSOLUTE worst! i have waited for a total of 12 HRS over the last two days for someone to fix my heat. first day no one ever showed up - i called every hour after my scheduled time & was told someone was on the way - after 4 hrs they claimed their technician rang the doorbells & called but no one answered. second day - technician was here for 3 hrs to say he didn't know what was wrong & wanted to charge me $250 without any kind of resolution - simply "I don't know"!. they agreed to send another technician within the hour. 3 hrs later no one came! Please save your frustrations & money! They are not worth it!
